• Harassing other users or HuntWise AI staff
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and permanent ban.

We take your privacy seriously. Your personal data, including resumes, job applications, and profile information:

• Is stored securely using industry-standard encryption
• Will never be sold to third parties
• May be used in anonymized, aggregated form for research and service improvement
• Can be exported or deleted upon your request

You retain full ownership of all your data.

HuntWise AI uses artificial intelligence to generate cover letters, analyze resumes, and provide interview preparation.

• AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and should be reviewed before use
• You are responsible for verifying accuracy and appropriateness
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using AI features

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Update pricing for new subscriptions (existing subscriptions honored)
• Terminate accounts that violate these terms

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable except as required by law or at our discretion.

HuntWise AI is a job search assistance tool. We are not responsible for:

• Job application outcomes or interview results
• Decisions made by employers or recruiters
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
