By accessing and using Huntwise AI B2B services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this service. These terms apply to all workspace administrators, team members, and any users accessing the platform under your organisation's account.

Huntwise AI B2B provides AI-powered recruitment intelligence services, including:

• AI candidate scoring and shortlisting
• Pipeline and hiring workflow management
• Team collaboration tools for recruitment teams
• Analytics and reporting dashboards
• ATS and job board integrations
• Public apply pages and candidate data collection

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your workspace
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws, including employment and anti-discrimination laws
• Ensure candidates are informed their data is being processed by your organisation
• Not engage in any fraudulent or illegal activities
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not use AI scoring results as the sole basis for hiring decisions without human review

Payment terms for our services are as follows:

• Fees are due as specified in your subscription plan
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

By using Huntwise AI B2B, you appoint Huntwise AI as a data processor acting on your instructions. You remain the data controller for all candidate and team member data within your workspace. Our data processing practices are governed by our Privacy Policy. For enterprise customers requiring a formal Data Processing Agreement (DPA), please contact us at dpa@huntwiseai.com.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this website and in our services are owned by Huntwise AI or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission. You retain ownership of all data, job descriptions, and candidate information you upload to the platform.

Huntwise AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Huntwise AI in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing section of your dashboard. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow export before permanent deletion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will notify workspace administrators at least 30 days prior to new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
