The Founder
Mithlesh Shah built HuntWise AI after going through the job search himself and experiencing exactly what millions of candidates face — applying to dozens of roles, tailoring each resume by hand, and hearing nothing back.
He started digging into how ATS software actually works, what recruiters scan for in the first few seconds, and what separates shortlisted resumes from rejected ones.
